Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Standard Shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Australian facility within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch

• Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location (metro vs regional) and seasonal demand.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Notes

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.

• Australia Post may leave parcels in a safe place if available, or take it to your nearest post office for collection.

Delays Outside Our Control
